As the first Youth Service Bureau in Maryland, Robert A. Pascal Youth and Family Services, Inc. (RAPYFS) is committed to promoting optimal social, emotional and mental health by providing accessible, innovative and comprehensive individual, family and group counseling as well as educational services to our diverse communities. RAPYFS strives to be an invaluable community resource providing programs which encourage the expression of endless human potential.

Anne Arundel County Public Schools

To continue the RAPYFS mission of providing accessible mental health counseling, group programs may be accessed through middle and high schools in Anne Arundel County. If you have an interest in providing or attending "Cage Your Rage," an anger-management program, or "Go Grrrls," which brings together adolescent girls to develop peer solutions to today's societal pressures, please call RAPYFS to determine if a program may be administered in your school.
